The course will include labs to help students apply their learning to real-world situations, such as:
• Analyzing case studies of successful startups that have used the methodology and achieved product-market fit
• Conducting customer interviews and surveys to validate a hypothetical product idea
• Developing a minimum viable product
• Developing a growth plan for your product idea
Assessments
The course will include a mix of formative and summative assessments to help students gauge their understanding of the material and track their progress. Examples of assessments include:
1. Quizzes and short answer questions to test understanding of key concepts and principles.
2. Lab exercises and projects to assess students' ability to apply their learning to real-world scenarios.
3. Summative assessments to evaluate overall mastery of the Lean startup principles and best practices.
